We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Refund Policy explains how to return items, request refunds, and understand your rights under UK law.
1. Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Law)
If you purchase from our online store, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it — for any reason and without justification — under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
Once we receive your return, we will refund the full purchase price, including standard delivery charges, within 14 days.
2. How to Start a Return

The item(s) you wish to return

We’ll reply with return instructions and the correct return address.
3. Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of returning your item, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping proof of postage.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without valid tracking proof.
If we have sent you an incorrect or faulty product, we will cover the return shipping cost or provide a prepaid label.
4. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging (including tags, labels, boxes, and accessories).

Returns must be initiated within the timeframes listed above.
Non-returnable items include:

Gift cards

Personalised or custom-made products

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” (unless faulty)

Perishable or hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., gloves, socks, or base layers that have been worn)
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Refund times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Please note:

Original shipping fees (for non-faulty items) are non-refundable.

If you received a discount or promotion, your refund will reflect the amount you actually paid.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or colour):

Return the unwanted item following the process above.

Place a new order for the replacement item.
We’ll process the exchange as quickly as possible upon receiving your return.
7. Faulty or Damaged Items
We take quality seriously. If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault within a reasonable period:

We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation and your preference.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to:

A full refund within 30 days if an item is faulty.

A repair or replacement if the fault develops after 30 days but within 6 months.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the processing period:

Check your bank or PayPal account again.

Contact your payment provider — it may take a few days before your refund officially posts.
