This Shipping Policy explains how we handle delivery of your orders placed through airdropshop.co.uk.

 


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within [1–3] business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2 pm will be processed the next working day.

  • During busy periods (e.g. sales or holidays), processing times may take slightly longer.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


2. Delivery Options and Estimated Times

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or events outside our control.


3. International Shipping

At present, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
If you are located outside the UK and wish to place an order, please contact us at members@airdropgolf.com — we may be able to arrange an international shipment on request.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link (if applicable).
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.


5. Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate and complete.
We cannot be held responsible for deliveries delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately at members@airdropgolf.com — we’ll do our best to update it before dispatch.


6. Missed Deliveries and Redelivery

If no one is available to accept your delivery, the courier will leave a card or contact you to rearrange delivery.
Unclaimed parcels returned to us may incur a redelivery fee.


7. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window:

  1. Check the tracking information provided in your dispatch email.

  2. Contact the courier directly for updates.

  3. If the parcel still cannot be located after reasonable checks, please contact us at members@airdropgolf.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If any items are missing or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue promptly.
