When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This does not mean your order has been accepted.
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase goods from us. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the products and send you a dispatch confirmation email.
If we are unable to accept your order, we will notify you and will not charge you for the product.

3. Eligibility

To purchase from our website, you must:

  • Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

4. Products and Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Prices, product descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice.

  • We make every effort to display colours and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee your device’s display will reflect the actual colour of products.

  • Some items may be available exclusively online.

5. Payment

We accept payments through secure third-party providers such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other approved methods.
Payment must be received in full before dispatch.
We do not store any payment card details on our servers.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

  • We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. For international orders, please contact us before purchase.

  • Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

  • We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control (e.g. postal strikes, customs delays, or adverse weather).

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To exercise this right:

  1. Notify us in writing (email or contact form) within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Return the goods to us within 14 days of cancellation.

  3. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

We will refund the full purchase price (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Exceptions:
We cannot accept returns of:

  • Customised or personalised items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

If an item is faulty, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to arrange a replacement or refund under your Consumer Rights Act 2015 protections.
